OnCal's Calibration Services

OnCal uses ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited methods and NIST traceable equipment to ensure reliability and extend the life of your instruments. We specialize in preventive maintenance for all pipette brands, ensuring they stay calibrated between service intervals.

Our Five Levels are:

  • Level One: Clean pipette inside and out. Replace sealing system and other parts as necessary and calibrate pipette.
  • Level Two: As Found verification check then PM and calibration with a document certifying calibration with equipment used and tolerances stated.
  • Level Three: As Left calibration data and certificate for each instrument.
  • Level Four: As Found and As Left data and certificate for each instrument. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited by PJLA
  • Level Five: As Found and As Left data and certificate for each instrument with measurement uncertainty taken into account on the measurement results. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited by PJLA.
